On-Site Injury Management Solutions

The Value of On-Site Physical Therapy

Our programs have delivered significant cost savings for our host companies. These savings can be attributed to several factors:

Decreased number of lost workdays
Decreased number of physical therapy treatments required to complete the physical rehabilitation program
Significantly improved communications with EHS, OH = tighter case management
Decreased number of OSHA recordable injuries because of the First Aid program
Decreased response time in the event of an injury
Improved therapist familiarity with work conditions facilitates focused rehabilitation programs and improved Return-to-Work results
Higher employee compliance with therapy programs due to convenience of the clinic location
Improved employee morale due to perceived 'value added' benefit of the on-site clinic

Injury Treatment Programs

Early identification and effective intervention will keep most work-related injuries form becoming a recordable case. Our Physical Therapy First Aid program works within OSHA guidelines providing first aid level treatment and follow up education for those employees that report the early signs of work related symptoms. A very high percentage of these cases are resolved without advancing to the recordable level.

Physical therapy treatments are administered on-site by our skilled therapists, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and highly effective treatment protocols. Working with the referring physician, we are able to accelerate case closure.
